The "Xpan Crop" with the FUJI 50R

The Xpan Crop has achieved trendy status with both older analog-nostalgics and the younger generations. I use it because I like wide aspect ratios, not necessarily because of its genealogy. Here's a quick rundown.

It’s a great camera, i find the rangefinder style so compelling in general so I’m biased!

hear me out, get a anamorphic lens and use it on this mode. the cheap sirui ones are only for apsc so i'm not sure which one would fit a 50r sensor

Très bien également pour le format carré en noir et blanc. Je l’utilise à la poitrine comme mon Rollei. Très chouette vidéo et super casquette de la Weyland 👍

j'ai acheté mon gfx 50 s2 juste pour ca ... je ne comprends pas qu'ils ne le proposent pas sur les boitiers apsc de la gamme ...

The X-Pan image is 65x24mm in size. The sensor size of the GFX is 43.8x32.9mm. What is the size of the GFX image?

I’d have to check but with the gfx 50 it’s about 25mp ish. With a gfx100 cropping in that ratio would mean 50mp or so.
