4:30 the mustard and salt were added in one of the updates, idk which update but you can use them if you have chemistry level 1 to make emetic poison in the room next to the workshop, and there's other chemicals in that lab room next to the workshop to make lethal poison, headache poison, sedatives, and a smoke bomb, if your chemistry level is high enough ^^

I found a way to survive pepper spray on accident- I accidentally got the police called and when everything else was done I tried to mop the blood, but I got pepper sprayed. AS I GOT PEPPER SPRAYED (mid animation), the police arrived and canceled it out so I was able to continue
