I am Michael. I had the same experience. I was losing hope on getting a new job but God was trying to tell me the jobs I was applying to were not what he wanted for me. I spent all of the Sept focused on God and what he wanted me to do and I kid you not as soon as I completed my certification in Data Analytics a job opened up at my current company. I applied, got the job, and will be starting next week. Sometimes God needs us the position ourselves to receive what he wants for us which will always be what is best for us. I had to surrender to his plan and let go of what “I” thought was best for me.

I knew God led me here. Because the rent situation you mentioned--What if it is January 5 and my rent was due on the first and I don't have it--is my scenario. God knew I had been rehearsing the worst-case scenario and needed to hear truth from Pastor DeVon!

Oooh this reached home ! My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for about 16 months now, and I spent 2024 wrapping my mind around the worst case scenario. Cause it's less painful to get that negative test month after month. I am praying everyday for our child, yet I am thinking the worst. No more of that thinking in 2025. It will happen in God's timing, and IT IS the best case scenario 🤍 Thank you Devon !
