Sadly that is true. Iran is supposed to be helping the Houthis but, from what I can see, they are not as committed as they should be. Pakistan should also be helping as well. BTW, the Bab el Mandeb is ideal hunting grounds for Iran's Ghadir-class mini-submarines. Iran has never really put those boats to the test and this is an ideal opportunity to do so. Iran should donate about 5 or 6 of those mini subs with Iranian volunteers and trainers. Each sub is manned with Iranians and one Houthi volunteer for training. Eventually, one of those subs can have an all Houthi crew and more if Houthi volunteers are willing and able to do the training.
