I use a Taurus 9 mm, which is much more scarrier than an air pistol. Surprise break is good, but for bulseye, to fire at the exact moment is 100% needed. I am not sure if what I need the most now is to get rid of flinching or if my 5 pounds heavy trigger is the real problem. Since I don't live on a democracy I am too short on resources to isolate small aspects and make more conclusive tests.

Shooting combined with pranayam exercises has improved my vision in the shooting dominant eye. This is my personal experience.

Hi sir, I'm currently training under the sub youth category for the nationals which will be held in November 3rd week. As I'm training sir, I notice that My error shots rise and fall many times. Currently out of 60 shots, 18-23 shots are below 9 which reduce my points a lot. I'm stuck at this level since 2 months. Any tips sir?

Unfortunately there are no tips, there is only systematic long term training. Find a good coach who can train you correctly. In the meantime go through my free Basic course

@@moshepatchy sir, unfortunately very few coaches have actually know about the details of subconscious mind and errors alot of coaches are also in their comfort zone they teaches common tricks to most of the shooters for years but deep down it is very hard to find a coach who can understand the situations faced by many shooters at the same time it is hard to find a shooter who genuinely work on his goal !
