One of the best things about the Swerve City Podcast is that hard questions are asked, but they're never disrespectful. That's a hell of a line to walk, and they do it episode after episode. One of the best podcasts going right now.

Swerve is great. His in ring work is smooth and practically flawless.The gimmick he's playing now with A.R Fox is really good. The beat down at Nick Wayne's house I'm in on this story and look forward to the match at All In. I can't believe WWE let him walk.

The peek behind the scenes into how they decided together is fascinating. Glad the elite got paid. They were a huge factor in changing the game for every wrestler, and you can see it in the way the rest of the boys respect them. Worth every penny they got.

The first was Scott Hall and Kevin Nash , they jumped ship to WCW together. The second was definitely Benoit , Malenko , Guerrero and Saturn to WWF together . The third is definitely Cody and the Elite coming together to negotiate in forming AEW.

Really, pairs have been doing this since at least the 80's. Road Warriors, Midnight Express, Tully & Arn. Just getting a group of four top stars to stick together is very rare.

So happy for the Bucks! Without them, we'd have no major alternative to the WWE in the US. They deserve every penny.

Good for them, yes... but i cant be happy for people making lots of money.

Malniko, Benoit, and Saturn organized and went to WWE, they then asked Gurrerro if he wanted to come along and he just said sure on a spur of the moment.

100% 6M each for a total a 12M for the whole tag team. I can definitely see the average salary of a wrestling growing to being around 850K to 1M for the "low carder" and 10+ for the main event talent and 5M for mid carders. Tag Team being 10M+ together. AEW,NJPW,Impact,WWE with the wrestling business booming so hard lately with all the competition and wrestling companies making better offers to wrestlers. Competition and success in companies not only benefits fans because we are receiving a better product, better shows, better productions, but also the wrestlers getting better salaries, better shares of their merchandise that is sold and health care benefits.

The only guys I see jumping to wwe are ex wwe guys. So far Pillman is the only rumored guy to have gone over there Joey swole Stu Jack leva angels weren't approached by them with a big pay day and a main roster spot. The Endeavor purchase is another issue, they're notoriously cheap and you can bet that there will be roster cuts coming

Why should I feel any obligation to part with my money to buy any PPV's or go to a show to help pay for these salaries? It's so easy to watch through other means. I'm not helping the rich get richer when they don't need it.

WWE would have offered them $10 each, and Tony would pay $10M, so obviously they were negotiating from a position of power.

Summer slam sucked and all in has ftr vs. bucks. Aew has a big opportunity at a perfect moment…. Also swerve rules!
@marc_andreroy Жыл бұрын
They didn’t get paid big bucks though because they’re worth it. They got paid big bucks because they’re Tony’s friends and Tony doesn’t want them to go to the competition.
@christophermarriott1681 Жыл бұрын
Keep telling yourself that.

The fact that there is a segment of fans (like yourself) that despise the Bucks so much that they feel the need to negative comment on every video (even ones that have little or nothing to do with them), along with a huge following of their own, proves that they are worth every penny.
