This is my Grandfather. My mum is Barbara Dobney, daughter of Tom and Sheila Dobney. He wasn't a newspaper executive but an artist and weirdly I ended up working in the exact same building (big mirrored building in Ancoats Manchester( just feet away from his old desk.)) As told by an ex co-worker of his that I had to break the news of his passing to)).
