Nice rustic bread. No leavening at all, so like damper scone? What does "doo" mean?

@ellenspear50 There's yeast in the bread mix. It's like instant coffee. 😁😁 According to Durham and Tyneside translate, Doo means Dough. Another translation says it means Doll. 'If the 'doo' was not well made, the putter nailed it to a tub and wrote the hewer's name underneath.' Guess that's my name chalked on the tub.
