In the very very beginning, skateboarding was popularized by a Japanese dude, and now also a Japanese dude is taking it to the next/another level. Good Job Yuto! I skated in California, mostly in San Francisco and Oakland, during the 90s but it was a super mega ultra hella White/Black/Hispanic but not Asian thing. I felt like I was such an outsider and sometimes even felt like I was not supposed to be skating in the mainly White thing. Great to see a Japanese skater ruling the scene like he is. Keep on going Yuto-kun! So proud of him! Much thanks too though to the super cool our Asian White (Australian) brother Shane O'Neill of April for giving him a chance to go pro!
