I think it's safe to say Zeze has finally met her match as she sits down with fellow presenter, the infamous Julie Adenuga. Enjoy!
AD: This book is called ‘Imani’s Diary’ and it’s written by Chantel hall-Reid.
It’s fun, nostalgic and will have you laughing all the way through while you reminisce on yours teen years.
Chantel throws it alllll the way back to what it was like for the main character Imani growing up in the 90s. It’s a fictional book and it’s written in a light hearted easy way, it’s for us adults not kids!
Big people reading time/ting
Take a nostalgic read and lose yourself in the naughty 90s with Imani and the Crew!
Even though she uncovers fake friendships, and relationship blunders, she also experiences teenage highs, late night parties, sleepovers and holding down a boyfriend or two.
The music mentioned, the food we ate, cussing teachers, skiving school, meeting boys, Imani does it all.
Get you copy it’s a MUST
Highly recommended
Go directly to Chantels website www.chantelhallreid.com and enter the code Zeze at the checkout.
Fun, vibes and definitely one for my people, for the culture.

I LOVED this episode. Whenever confident people come on it always makes for an intresting show. More of these rappers need to learn how to chill out and relax during your interviews so their actual personality can come out.
@guman98
@guman98 3 жыл бұрын
Hard when zeze downplays their life struggles and the environment they didnt choose to grow up in. Maybe zeze should be compassionate about people wanted to use a craft to change their life instead of just criminalising them and drawing them out. But yeah maybe then they'll show "personality"
@PhoenixHomeEd
@PhoenixHomeEd 3 жыл бұрын
Yeah, it is an art though, will take some time. They (rappers) aren't used to being interviewed. Just like performing their first show...after a while they will be used to it and can be more natural and not worried about saying the wrong thing. For these two its just a normal chat.
