I felt like that too but idk mine must had been a psycholopath on top of being a narcissist because I could tell by end of our last conversation he was holding back some serious venom towards me and he tried to get me to go see him, I told him I was seeing someone else and now he moved my cousin to number one spot. Yep turns out they had been sleeping together long before we broke up the first time. So since all that didn't destroy me that he already put me thru, he then does this. Now my cousin is obviously a narc, and he don't want to be with her they want good ppl, it's all about destroying good ppl. Smh. I was raised by narcs, scapegoated and shamed by both parents since I was a kid so I got bpd. But yeah these things won't stop. As for me he and my cousin can be whatever, but you have to move stealth because if they know something good you are doing or got going they will destroy it, so if you really are dealing with a real narc, just words of advice, care. I wish I wouldn't had told him I was seeing someone else now. They love messing with u. He knew that it would hurt me because he knew how much my cousin hurt me over the years, so it ripped a band aid off an old wound. Maybe yours was only a narcissist though and not a psychopath too. Idk.

Just ran into my narc and his new supply (who he left me for) at Daytona Bike Week (motorcycle event). They saw me (with a group of other people) laughing, having fun and not looking too bad either, LOL. They, but especially the new supply, just stared at me. Man you make some GREAT points. I really needed to hear this. I'm just now learning what this pattern of love bomb, blame shift, gas light, gain control, devalue, discard is all about. For YEARS I've felt like I wasn't loving HER the way she deserved. Like I was the person making HER feel like SHE wasn't enough. I now realize it was how she felt about HERSELF. Not me. Whether consciously or subconsciously, she had to blame SOMEONE, because they will NEVER admit that they lack REAL self esteem, that they lack empathy, lack of self awareness and mindfulness, and that the destruction they are leaving in their wake to everyone that loves them comes out of their own insecurities. My soon to be ex husband told me that i didnt care about the marriage and took it for a joke. @@dquest7761 I’m so happy to hear this. I read narcs don’t regret unless it affects them. Ya know I’ve always had good people in my life and this man was the absolute worst. I never wished karma or bad to happen to anyone, but I have to say I do to him. We were together for 3 years. He always seemed to escape too harsh of consequences by just a hair. I’ll never know but I hope he gets his. He didn’t physically abuse me but the games and emotional abuse were just out of this world, yet he’d say I did it to myself. As for the cheating , he’d tell me it wasn’t cheating because we were broken up but I never got the memo. I fixed his IRS issues and I’ll bet he gets away with not paying a dime. We last spoke in February as of March, he’s married. He never said a word or admitted her to me until I found out myself. She says she has stronger boundaries and can tame him. He proposed to me, but I didn’t pursue, he lost his job and moved back to his home state where they rekindled what I thought in the past was an unhealthy relationship. She says God brought him back to her. He’s very religious and believes cheating is a sin, so I know I’ll never speak to him again. Guess she won her prize. Maybe she can make him adjust his behavior enough to where he is tolerable. I will tell you he spoke so ugly about her to me it’s amazing they are married. He says she’s familiar and convenient since moving back home. How romantic.

I’m in this. I can’t believe how much and how many people in my life are like this. I’m an empath and somehow I managed to survive this abuse. I’ve cut it off. It is not over yet though. Just starting the divorce, watching the kids reacting confused, or acting out like him. Who will win the battle here? I bargaining on the good love giving side, it’s much happier. That is where I’m going. In my mind my kids will get to shore before me and then I jump ship and watch it sink. What a great celebration to enjoy on shore, when we defeat the narcissist.

Karma has finally caught up with my ex Narc son father right now. He mad at me because he catching hell and trying to take it out on me. Mad too cause I keep shutting him down cause he going thru hard times and tried to borrow money from me countless times recently and I told him no!!!! Over and over again. Another hoover failed attempt!!🤷

Right... No female has no business giving no man money, and your taking care of the child, he needs to be giving you for money for the children, some men have it so backwards what in the Generation is this, because I've experienced the same exact thing and now I've cut all Ties, dude better go to court to even get me to move, son about to 2 no words, no calls, no pictures. Cold heart and my cut off game is strong, what's sad he's a older man

My new wife is Korean. My exwife narc is biracial mixed with Korean. The narc had her Korean mother track down my new wife's Korean social media. She was stalking me and yes I could hear the jealousy in her voice as she called my new wife a hore. Mind you that she cheated on me and was married to the new supply. She would call often trying to complain about her husband to me. That was her hoover. I told her I don't care.

I have suffered and caused myself to continue with a Goldenboy Overt Narc and with multi faceted addictions for 33 years. I have a parent and family members who caused me as a child to put up with this kind of abuse long before my ex. I have worked with them as bosses and co-workers. Previous relationships were all narcs. I just can't believe I have been drowning in this. Thank you for your videos. I'm on board to stop this treatment of these career narc. Too many lives being lost because narc think they are winning with all their lies.
