Love how a giant Phantom shadow casts on the hangar!

1-300, it is always a treat and delight whenever I see the notification that you've posted another of your fantastic creations. Regardless of where they come from, who's military they serve, or what service branch they represent, there is one common thread. Units that have served with honor and distinction are not forgotten even when they have long passed into retirement, especially by those who served in that unit. They become a part of the history of that country and the people they protected. Those who were part of that unit or ship can hold their heads up proudly, no matter how long ago they served. Just look at the very old men and women who still smile whenever you talk to them about their past service. Arrigato, 1-300. Your creations are marvelous.

The "Veterans" are now tired. Their airframes ache from the decades that they have served their nation. It is time for them to finally rest and let the new generation carry the torch. Thx for the video!

The video reminds me to get one F-4EJ model from TAMIYA or HASEGAWA. 😊
How many F-4s left and how many squadrons still flying? The skies will never be the same without them and Hyakuri will be different. Your equipment must be cost a fortune. Phantoms Phly Phorever!

these are the maintained F-4's ever,they just need avionics and weapon systems upgraded and they could fly for many more years.Is the 301sq.called the frogs or the yellow scarfs?
@1-3004 жыл бұрын
We call them frogs.

I agree put modern day avionics in these platforms and they could keep up any new attack fighter. Sad to see these planes retire.
@skullleaderx49864 жыл бұрын
Upgrade with new PW100 engines or even the f404 engines used in the hornet will fit. Plus new avionics and radars. Also replace the copper wiring with fiber optics and u save 2,000 pounds like the Turkish f-4s
@flackcat59284 жыл бұрын
What happened to the 301st as a unit, did they transition to another platform, the F-35?
