It's pretty easy to tell that the washer stack that was used for balancing took up the clearance between the rotor and stator. It's a mechanical failure, not an electrical failure. I would consider replacing the whole motor.

And this is how you damage your winding could do better than this. People try to learn from KZbin videos please make something useful video . That guy just smashed the rotor and we all know what was it resting on you got lucky on this. 25 kW is a small motor make that correct atleast
