"Repeat" is a keyword used to say "repeat the last fire mission", which tells artillery to repeat the last fire mission they received. For safety reasons, the word repeat isn't used outside of this context. Therefore, when asking someone to repeat what they just said, "say again" is used instead. It's a quirk not many would know about, and shows the attention to detail the producers put in when making this.

A possible reference: Trebor, the callsign of the AIC, might be the reference to Wizardry: Proving Grounds of the Mad Overlord, one of the first DND video games published in 1981, where Trebor is the title character. Considering all of the Fighters' callsigns (Wizard, Wyvern, Priest) are somewhat fantasy related, it might be a combination of DND References.

沒錯，而且就算日文字幕「再度目標の確認を乞う」也寫得再清楚不過了。前面的「目標高度の確認を乞う」也還能翻成“请求目标高度”。另外，連「コンタクト」、「intercept」(包括ETI這裡的) 也都寫成"接敌"，也許他們對contact和engage的定義不一樣吧，或者是把陸軍的contact和空軍的contact (full radar information on target)搞混了。3:16 這裡的Negative contact的日文字幕是「レーダーに反応なし!」，表明了他們說的都是radar contact。
