started off and ended great but the dinner table part was a bit of a mess - steamed bees? i think thats what you were going for? not sure also, not having a narrator "It wasn't" immediately following "old family recipe" was a missed opportunity.

Agreed. I think this is so good he should go back and clean up that part by removing whatever it is he dubbed over the audio (hard to hear and isn't relevant to Arrested Development's comedy format) and add a couple of "it wasn't" lines after Skinner's lies at the table. Assuming he can edit it in well, having a sign in the background like "SKinnER LoVe DinneR" would be a nice visual gag.

I hate to nitpick because the good parts are GREAT, but that scene at the table really left me wanting. The "it wasn't" would be perfect, and I don't know what the bees thing is about.

I agree, that the dinner scene is the weakest part by far, but mostly due to the fact that I did nothing with the aurora borealis bit so you basically get nothing for 20 seconds. If I could to go back I'd have: -Kept the bees thing which is a reference to these: kzbin.info/www/bejne/a3uVnJZqpL-HjLc kzbin.info/www/bejne/q4eQanqvhJmJZ80 -Added in the "it wasn't" (which was something I considered but decided against for a reason I can't remember) -Would reference this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nn-0q2mDmrCqgdU "Chalmers thought Seymour was referring to a particular brand of cannabis known for being exceptionally rare and pairing well with light shows" then change "can I see it" to something like "can I have some?" with sentence mixing, maybe even going as far as having another voice over flash back sequence explaining that "Chalmers did not actually want to smoke the weed like a cigarette, he believed he was working as a police informant, although it was actually a misunderstanding due to - you know - it was a whole thing, you'd have to watch the entire season to truly appreciate this scene."
