What a sad story...This regular guy who has a good job, friends and a girl had his life ruined just to became a crazy killing machine....:(
@comethiburs23268 жыл бұрын
bit of explanation: before he died he gave his body to science. once a (brainwashed prototype) cop machine, he discovers a world of nothingness, where the only feelings renaming are from his tongue and brain. he then uses a crooked lab rat to smuggle drugs inside audio tapes. the scientist wanted to rape him in the manga iirc. he then snaps and goes in a drug fueled carnage. the girl who kills him is the MC for the series. she's his ex and an hard boiled cop. sadly she only found the drug trick too late to save him.

Not so much. What Billy experienced wasn't a psychotic episode where he sees others as inferior due to augmentations. His whole body was replaced only leaving his brain and tongue. He started to lose al sense of reality since he wasn't able to feel anything, that drove him into going mad. Also his dependency on stimulations to his brain (previously administrated throught pain drugs) made the programming of his body take control due to an urge of the brain to feel something, driving him into going in a killing spree. At the end he was hoping to restore his humanity by dying. I would say his case is more related to what Motoko Kusanagi has in the 'Ghost in the Shell' anime movies, but without any hope since the technology that Motoko has on her artificial body lets her feel the world around her (If I remember correctly she can decide to feel throught her body depending if she's in a fight).
