At 3.15 the fact is that J&K was one of the many princely states granted independence by the British in 1947, Kashmir wanted to remain an independent country but when provocation came from Pakistan in the disguise of tribal uprising Raja Harisingh asked for army help from india the then home minister of india Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel asked The raja to sign the accession pact as Indian army can be sent only to defend Indian borders and the accession pact was signed by Raja Hari Singh .Subsequently Indian army was sent to fight the insurgents who were actually Pakistan army.

@Chota Pandit Stupid Princely State was Different than Absolute Monarchy . Whatsapp university. Princely States were Allied with Britisha and Since Muslim Majority Provinces were to become part of pakistan (Punjab Sindh Kpk Bengal) the Bordered Muslim Majority Princely states were likely to Join Pakistan . And Hindu majority Princely states would Join India . Irrespective of religion of ruler so india got 500 hindu princely states including Hyderabad which was under muslim rule. And other hand bahawalpur Kalat Swat Dir Khirpur acceded to Pakistan. Kashmiri was muslim majority contagious to Pakistan and Kashmiris supported Muslim League So It was righfully part of pakistan . When Maharaja decided to be Independent . Gilgit Scouts rebelled and Joined Pakistan where after some time proPakistan rebellion erupted in Poonch so Pakistan Send Tribal Pashtuns to Help their Ppl liberate Kashmir and kashmiris who became part of pakistan call their land Azad Kashmir and we dont hit paletes and rape their women. According to UN If King decide to Not Join the State Ppl want The state which is likely to be joined either Then there will be refrendum but India Refused Plebicite Bcoz Majority Supported Pakistan and were muslims. If u think kashmir is indian bcoz king annexed with India then Junagarh is Pakistan bcoz Nawab of Junagarh joined Pakistan.

Jinnah had no interest in hyderabad He didnt even react so donr mix both of them . Pashtun Tribesmen Captured Kashmir bcoz Sadozais Pashtuns asked And Pakistani Govt Supported them there was Rebellion in Poonch Division too . Politically instead of Countering Hyderabad Pakistan needed Kashmir to not let india have contr over waters ( rivers ) as Kashmir is called Our Jugler vein. And Without Kashmir Pakistans ideology that Muslims need seperate State would be dumped. For Muslim of India they had to migrate ( which wasnt envisioned as they had major role they thought Pakistan will be created nearby ) So only few of them Moved many got killed they are called Urdu Speaking or Muhajirs of Karachi many of them are hyderabadis too

Najam Sethi is also lying...The muslim majority areas of British India were given to Pakistan. Princely states were not part of it. Kashmir was a princely state. This was 1948. Now coming to 1965. Najam Sethi did not tell anything about Operation Gibraltar and Grandslam in which Pakistan attacked first and then India attacked Lahore. Next to 1971 war. Mujibur Rehman was supposed to be PM because he had majority. There was no Mukti Bahni at that time. Then Henry Kessinger refused to stop Pakistan from oppression in Bangladesh. Hence India created Mukti bahni and destroyed Pak army. 1984 The Siachen capture...he knows nothing. There was no LOC to that part of J&K. So it was not under anyone's control. But Pakistan was about to sign a treaty with China for some disputed territories. So India took over Siachen. And Pakistan was not far behind. They had also started the mission to take over Siachen but they were a few days late and they never thought that India would take over Siachen. They arrived with in days and a gun fight ensued which as usual India won and Pakistan had to settle with lower heights in Sal toro ridge.

Bro Calm down, your Army is yours. You should be loyal to it. When your Army lost to ours, it means they suffered more casualties & lost war objectives . They fought with valour. Common soldier is same on both sides because the stock is same. Problem is that Pakistani Army started wars with India. Then lied about what happened. Delusional Kashmir territory ambition, fuelling proxy wars in Afganisthan & Kashmir has led to misery on Pakistan. Now, religious extremism, debt trap, poor state of education, transport, healthacare, lack of FDI, militancy in pakistan has led to uncontrollable trouble for Pakistan. Problem is not with Najam sethi , it happens when you are not taught about the TRUTH in life & importance because the price you pay is absolute !
