worth noting, SynthV and Vocaloid are two different softwares made by different companies that's why you can get character voices in both at the same time but different products (ex: Gumi has both a Vocaloid 6 version and a SynthV version, with her design having the very subtle change of her broach and goggles going between red for V6 and blue for SV)

Technically it's not a Vocaloid but a voicebank from the program Synthesizer V which is essentially Vocaloid but with more realistic sounding voices. There's a whole bunch of different voice synth programs out there like UTAU, CeVIO, ACE Studio, Voisona, etc.
