I think this is a different team for a solo project which is for Watame's song. Also the people involved for HoloAlt PV trailer are the same people behind the gorgeous Fate animations.

Like they mentioned this team was assembled specifically by Watame and isn't a Cover project. Everything is there because it's what she wanted and was willing to invest her money into it. She has all the people involved in the description for her MV. It's a good 20-30 people.
