the remake has only value meteors i think

the meteor always targets your highest concentration of value, taking into account unit hp (i.e. a unit at half health will be half value). so, it's a bit of both

​@@limevillainthe meteor actualy determines where it will go (at least in the original games) by deciding between 3 types of meteors. It can target where there will be the most hp damage, so having 9 infantry in range would be targeted before one neotank despite the neo having more value, one that targets wherever it will deal the most damage in terms of value, and one that targets indirect units specifically. Im pretty sure its the same in reboot but I don't know for certain
