What I have seen in the UK for all ICU patients is they sort of document it in ABCDEFGHI approach A- airway. Also mention ventilatory settings B- breathing . Mention chest findings C- Circulation. Cardiac examination and blood pressure and pulse. Also mention inotropes here D- disability. CNS findings and any other significant findings E- exposure. Look for any bleeding or DVT F- fluid balance G- gastro findings (P/A findings) H- head to toe findings I- investigations and infection

why infusion adrenaline? isn’t it cardiotoxic? wouldnt nor adrenaline infusion have been better?
@TheICUChannel2 жыл бұрын
In cardiac patients , adrenaline is preferred as per guidelines.
@arpitadas62402 жыл бұрын
@@TheICUChannel can you kindly let me know which guideline?
@TheICUChannel2 жыл бұрын
See the latest sepsis 2021 guidelines and (also the vasopressor of choice in MI . ) . I have video of latest sepsis 2021 guidelines on the channel with this issue discussed . Also unless it’s too much tachycardia which increases the oxygen demand and causing less diastole , adrenaline is safe . For more detailed discussion , please post on icu forums at icu.in/forums

Congratulations on your initiative sir......one small point @ 4.22 cvs s1 s2 present as mentioned in note.....i believe its mechanical valve and hence mechanical click instead should be there..... sometimes happens in busy icu. Would request videos on (if possible) 1. Ntg drip in detail. 2. Hypertensive emergency treatment ,focus on parenteral agents That's for now sir... Once again hats off to your efforts.
