Thank you, Simon. I was only going to buy one since they are so similar so this helped me make my decision. I’m going for the Groovy Waite as I like the cleaner images with less detail and the greater contrast in the images of this deck. Not to be nit-picky, but I thought you may want to know that your focus was slightly off in the camera.

Oh just had a check, it’s razor sharp my end. It’s an iPhone, so it doesn’t have a focus like a camera 🙏🏼

Thank you for this, it was really handy. I think on balance I prefer the Trippin' Waite but the Groovy Waite does have some stand out cards for me (I love that 8 of Wands for example).

I appreciate that when I Googled this you immediately came up, searching for a comparison was easier than I thought! I was sure I'd love the Groovy Waite better, and while the colors are brighter and more explosive I actually prefer the Trippin Waite. I think it's the faces. I like the faces on the Trippin but some of those Groovy cards are way better!

Somebody second guessed me. When I saw your first walkthrough, I thought, oh, he should have done a side by side. I love the toadstools in the 6 of cups. Initially, I felt that the color palette in the Trippin' Waite was too washed out for me and the new one is very saturated, which I love. Love those intensely bright colors! The stars, rainbows and cosmology are very Peter Max (I'll send you an image).

I've owned the Trippin' Waite (the first edition) for a while, and I had such a hard time really connecting with it. It didn't have all the bonus cards that you got, which I like better than the originals (that Krishna card is everything). I was a little on the fence about the Groovy Waite for that reason, but your walkthrough really sold it to me. It helps to see them side by side. The Groovy Waite is definitely more my speed, in art style and color palette. Thanks for the video!

It's so hard to choose! I think I still lean more towards the Trippin Waite due to the fact that it maintains more of the original art style and it reads a little less Lisa Frank (and there's a borderless version now), but there are quite a few cards in the Groovy Waite that I did prefer when looking at them side by side, especially the Tower card, which is one of the main ones I look for to see if it gives that POW factor. I almost wish I could buy both decks and pick and choose which to use, but then I'd have to mod those beautiful backs and I don't want to do that either lol.

They had an Easter Special and I just hoped that it was still in effect. Apparently it is, I ordered both of these tonight and the description says that BOTH are the borderless version. Seems too good to be true. If I did have to choose, I would have gone for the Groovy version. I'm half expecting them to come back and say that deal had ended and they'd sold out of one or both and here's your money back. 😕 Dunno if this package will include any alternate cards and it feels greedy to ask. I've wanted one of these decks for quite awhile now. So excited!

A great side by side Simon. If I didn't have the original and were buying one for the first time, I'd probably have a hard time choosing. I found it interesting to my eyes, that on camera, the white border was a sharp contrast, but when I opened the deck, in person it is not as pronounced. I should try using it again I love the art work. It's a hoot! But I did find the thicker, shinier cards a bit of a challenge, which is why I opted to skip the new version, Thanks as always for another wonderful video.💕💜🙏🏼💜💕

I've had the Trippin Waite for close to a year now. I ordered the Groovy Waite a little over a week ago and just cant wait! I also ordered the Trippin Waite expansion pack which is those extra cards you got. Plus I got the Affirmation cards that have musicians from the 60s. You Simon are Baaaad for my wallet!
