विवेक जी बहुत ही दुखद विषय लिया आज आपने,"सर जिम कार्बेट ने भारत क्यों छोड़ा" बहुत दुःख हुआ ये कारण जानकर,लेकिन और भी कई बाते रही होगी। जिसे हम सिर्फ सोच सकते हैं या अनुभव कर सकते हैं लेकिन उसे कागज़ पर उतार नहीं सकते क्योंकि ये कोरी कल्पनाएं ही कहलाएगी। आजादी की तो बहुत खुशी हैं हम सभी को,लेकिन हमने क्या खोया इसकी कल्पना किसी को नहीं हैं। लिखने को बहुत कुछ है,पर बाकी की बात आपके जंगली रिसॉर्ट पर होगी जब आपसे रुबरू मुलाकात होगी।👏👏🌹🐯🐯

Main nay (Man Eater of Rudraperyaag) 1987 main perhi thi. Aur jo Jim Corbett ka likhney ka andaz tha, woh aaj bhi mere rongtey khadey kar deta hai. Aisa lagta tha ke main khud uss kahaani ka aik hissa hoon. Book perhtey huwey mujhey aisa feel hota tha jaisey ke main khud jim corbett hoon. What a writer he was. Poori terha se reader ko mesmerize kar deta hai, unka yeh andaz.

Dear Vivek Ji ....Thanks a lot for the great tribute to one of the greatest Indians (yes - we should consider him as Indian rather than Irishman or domiciled Englishman). As most people already said in comment, Edward James Corbett was never forgotten. We were lucky in Bengal to have a wonderful bengali translation of Jim Corbett books (Cover designed by none other than Satyajit Ray). I am sure such translations existed in other Indian languages. many of my friends still vividly remember page by page. So glad to see some locations in your video. The best thing about Jim Corbett and Kenneth Anderson writing - they always paid due respect to the Tiger. Tiger is the hero of the story - it is never the hunter. May their soul remain in eternal peace in the garden of heaven.

I had came upon one article stating Jim Corbett was not happy with the decision of new Indian government's decision of constructing Kala agar dam over Ramganga river, which eventually submerge a viable area of Corbett National park. Had a disagreement with the then authorities accelerating his decision to leave India among other reasons.
