Love that Flora still approved the Visa of the applicant that was rude to her. Lesson: Avoid giving fire to fire when somebody acts in an unpleasant way. Sure, it can be tempting to act the same way they're acting, but YOUR GOOD RESPONSE despite their unpleasant own will shock the rude person. Sometimes its good to clear people oo 😅 but if possible, overlook things and just do right by them no matter their attitude. It gives you peace of mind and makes them rethink their attitude
