Thanks! I'm pretty sure they are cool rides though I haven't rode in a Sunrail before. But what's really weird is that Sunrail uses Wheelock fire alarms as train warning devices for their stations (you can hear the alarms sounding in the beginning of this vid as the train is arriving).

It is nice to see some passenger trains after seeing nothing but freight in Houston. Im in San Diego about to go back home but all there is here is Amtrak, metro link, coaster, ect.

SunRail Loco #105's horn sounds like it's fouled. And for those of you wondering, it's either a Buell Horn or a Nathan P horn.

Sunrail certainly picked very strange horns. And the cab car's bell is the same one VIA rail uses, is it not? Please identify it. Thank you.

Trains N' Stuff actually none of the Cascades have them, You probably heard something else. There F40PH's and F59PHI's dont have the bells that these guys do.

It may be odd, but Sunrail used Wheelock MT alarms and mounted them on platform shelters to warn people of a train coming followed by announcement broadcasts. Usually, those alarms are used for fires, but Sunrail used them to alert people of a train arriving. Idk if Sunrail still does that
