This started as a goof, but Nick really did make Adam's name much more known. It's awesome that Ari was the one to bring light to Nick's situation on Skeptic Tank all those years ago, and Nick brought Stav, and Adam along for the ride. When Stav blew up and wanted to disassociate from the group, he helped put Adam, the least liked of them all, front and center. It seems like he really took a queue from Ari and reflected a bit of whatever light he got onto those around him. The number of lesser known comics that they had on Cum Town, and still have on TAFS is unreal. Say what you want about the show, or Ari, Nick, and Adam. These guys are really important for comedy, and hopefully Nick allows himself to focus on his own career now because he has certainly earned it. Yes, I know this is incredibly gay. What can I say? Nick is the only comedian/public figure/close personal friend that I adore so much that I would put up with watching this trainwreck of a show for the last 3 years. Every week for the past 10 years nick yapping on a mic has been part of my routine, between cumtown and TAFs. This almosts hurts as much as CT ending, because atleast when CT ended, there was a new venue for Nick to return to. Nick is the most underrated and underappreciated talent out there in the comedy sphere- to see Ian and Stav go on Rogan and blow up is insane in comparison. Favorite comic out there, and even though the writing has been on the wall, moreso recently with his guest appearances- this sucks and I hope Nick can do something he actually enjoys and get some more credit/opportunities in the process. I had superchatted Stav during his lifestream a few weeks ago asking if he would do "TAFS episode 100" as a CT reunion/sendoff and he said be absolutely would, so the timing of this is even more painful because I think that wouldve gotten so many eyes on the channel and allowed nick to riff like the good ole days. Im big sad. Im also Gay.

The tv episode that Ari describes at 51:18 about a guy trapped by the subway is from a show called Homicide: Life on the Street that is on the table in front of them.

I love how nick is so lazy that him appearing on two podcasts in less than a month a press tour. While he has many connections with good comedians who would all love to have him on, he misses more appearances on LOS than he makes it for

Cumtown died a year plus ago but this signals the end of an era. I have not listened or watched in half a year. Mullen, the person who made me listen to this in first place clearly had zero enthusiasm for this. And it showed. It made it hard to listen to. It takes some balls to walk away from the easiest money ever made in the history of man. Even if it's diminished from what it once was. I hope they squirreled away some serious funds.
