This guy's demeanor feels like he went to the Kevin Hart School of Success, with that positivity and optimism, then to combine it with Nick's darkness and so-jaded-that-comedy-is -my-only-fleeting-lifeline vibe, is a wild mix. Ian seems like he feels like a fish out of water, and Nick's jokes don't hit right away, but eventually connect, and Ian's drive get's him to try yes-anding. It's like oil and water, like an olive oil and balsamic vinegar dip for bread.
