CrossFit Warm Up Game
Class Warm Up
"PVC Game"

Have the group circle up about arms length apart. everybody has a PVC pipe and will hold it vertically resting the bottom and on the ground. The coach in the middle will yell "left" or "right". Everybody in the circle has to leave the PVC pipe that they are holding and catch the PVC pipe to the left or right of them. You can play different versions where they go the opposite direction or have to clap in between as shown. Have fun with it. You can have the class do different stretches or exercises every time a PVC pipe drops. Enjoy!
