Ahh ok, I've never been in the park before, but I saw the Rennaissance tower from the pier and I've walked down to that pier a couple of times from the Myrtle Beach resort. Very cool!

Have been to Myrtle Beach State Park a few times. Didn’t know about the nature center. It’s nice. Have been to the nature center at Huntington state Park. I assume they are similar.

The one in Huntington is newer so it's a bit nicer, but yes similar content.

BEWARE of fire ants when camping there. We enjoyed camping in the overflow area. Great video.

Great video Carmen and explanations of everything there. Personally I have never been there. From your descriptions and all this area and beach front has great restroom facilities and some showers. I made a comment that the boardwalk area in myrtle beach has no bathroom facilities for the hundreds of beach goers daily since the grand pavilion was destroyed. I got a problem with that. I mean who deleted restrooms for the public from that great plan. The pavilion had showers and many restrooms. Thanks for the great state park tour. It's a really nice place. Larry

Specifically no, even the weather forecasters don’t know at this point. Historically it is been incredibly hot that time of the year with occasional thunderstorms. But it could be different rain wise. I recommend checking a weather app when you get a little bit closer to your trip. Have a great trip!
