The synthesizer of the original version's melody was a bit weak, and the HD remix toned down the strong bassline to the point that you can barely hear it. This is a beautiful combo of the bopping baseline of the original and the shredding interpretation of the melody from the HD version.

It depends how you were killed if your body was intact and you power was say on aurons or Seymour’s level for that matter you may gain fiend like abilities hence Seymour however it could be suppressed through will power hence auron plus don’t forget sin had sent auron to dr dream zanarkand and I’d imagine that’s where sin sends the dead like auron in a sense I guess you could say sin is the grim reaper and he is the day of judgement on the whole of Spira killing those and turning them into fiends should they not accept their death

I love Seymour he was consistent and twisted, his theme fit him perfectly though he was Fairley easy I truly believe Seymours final battle was crafted for the soul purpose of being climatic knowing this is the final fight with him his true theme kicks in and he's the only thing standing between you and the ending

I really hope that, even if it's the phase 2 of the next expac's final savage tier, we get a fight mirroring this one like we got with the fights against "The Oracle of Darkness" and "The Tireless One" mirroring Ultimecia/Artemis and FFTactics Ultima respectively, now referencing this fight (not saying names and just quoting titles to avoid spoilers for those who don't know). 14's been really good at mirror stories like that, and Seymour and this track especially would work great for this formula.
