Why 992.1 Manual Targa4GTS is the BEST DD

Watching your vids convinced me that the manual Targa is the 911 to get.I had a manual boxster 986, but had to sell it since I was commuting far. I loved the stick and convertible combo and its getting harder to find. Something about driving with the top down after a long rough day is something that every1 needs to experience. Your videos helped me decide which one to get. You definitely get it. Love the vids man!

sexy car one question, do you need to use car seat in the back for your kids or it’s legal to go without? Thanks.

@@andychang7137 appreciate it! In Canada, it depends on the weight and the height of your child. I believe if they are 6 years and older, they can use a booster seat which is way easier. Honestly a full on car seat might not fit in the seat in the back of the targa, as the targa bar takes up more space

Haha true, but blends in better than a Ferrari or Lamborghini etc. on off days, one just want to do their own thing instead of being waved down at every red light haha. Thanks for your comment!

How has your car been on tire wear, especially rear tires?

Thanks for your comment! Honestly I’m surprised how good they held up! After 6 track days, and normal to slightly aggressive everyday driving, at 18k Km, I only changed the front tires! My rear would need replacing before I store them, but considering how many track days I’ve done, it’s been very good to me!

Great car and excellent spec. Do you ever feel that targa looks odd with the roof up? Does it feel like a “convertible” when the roof is down?

Great question! That was one of my first hesitations when ordering a targa, but once you have it, it’s actually very nice, no matter with the top up or down! Even if the roof is down, you still get the open air experience which you have with the convertible, but visible is much better in my opinion 👌🏼
