When with a friend, you can do the sturmtiger + drone artillery strat. If you want a range accurate to a dozen meters, use an IRL ruler on your screen. First, measure a distance between two map lines, divide the length on the ruler by the number of meters it is on the map, and you get the meters-per-ruler-centimeter ratio. Whenever a target is spotted, measure the distance between the sturmtiger and the ping using the ruler, and multiply by the ratio to get the range. Best I ever got was 3 kills with this tactic.

In my case it was with the Chinese M16 MGMC. I was peeking from a wall and got shot by a TD hiding in a bomb crater on the opposite side of the road. I thought I was done for then I realized it wasn't a stug but rather one of those thin skinned Panzerjäger so I just kept spraying API until he ran out of crew.

"Fun" little update to the tactic of capturing points with aircraft. In a recent update, Gaijin removed the ability for fixed wing aircraft to decap ground points. Only helis and vtol aircraft are now capable of this form of tomfoolery, which I find honestly a travesty as it was such a joy driving an he 162 into the center of town to cap the B point.

I use my planes as the spotter at low br when they're out of bombs. It doesn't matter whether the MGs can hurt a tank or not when my team see the tracers pointing down they know there's a tank there. Just try to strafe as many tank as possible. The goal is not to damage them but to make them can't hide.

Light tanks drive-by is the best tactic to make the other guys rage quit. Especially when you can gather a few other light tanks to join the drive by shooting. Drive in, shoot their gun barrels, shoot the tracks, spot them and set their engines on fire. And if they can't be killed in time, call artillery on them and drive away before the authority arrives.

B tier: burning broken tanks, Im talking Jumbos, the entire Swedish tech tree, Object 279s. Basically your in an engagement with them you knock out their guns first then their tracks( knee capping them) then drive up behind them and continue to set them on fire until they burn out and they can do nothing. It’s really satisfying to do this with enemy players who use batantly op tanks God tier: team killing op planes and tanks, when Ju 288c think about returning to base I just knock them out.

The best tactic is to spawn the fastest tank you have, rush the first cap point before your team even gets a chance to cap it, leave your tank, and spawn an airplane. Bonus points if you dont pull out a dive and kamikaze. this is also the best tactic to have your team and the enemy hate you. as to why you can plane spawn after capping one point is beyond me.

As a bonus, no need to grind and spade like at least 4 vehicles for every lineup. ... Somehow that last one makes me think that gaijin will never do it. ... Good anti - bomber tactic: Usually most bombers don’t have gunners under them, so fly lower than the altitude the target is at, then approach and it will let their guard down since the turret gunners aren’t reacting. After this, align yourself behind them, get to their altitude and start firing away

Sadly one cannot capture ground points with planes anymore, only helicopters and VTOL planes like the Harriers (which count as helicopters and can rearm at heli bases). I recently landed my Zero on a cap point and was very disappointed by the result.

For space climbing and covering weak spots with bushes tactics, the first is just fun and theres even a world record for the highest height. Although I don’t play top tier, space climbing does make sense when you consider how to BVR and missile combat more generally works. By getting at a very high altitude, you missiles have a lot more potential energy and has greater range against those lower than you. The same applies to your plane as this gives you altitude that you can trade for speed when you need to dodge incoming missiles. Speaking of which, high altitudes makes it harder for you to get shot, since missiles need to fight gravity on their way to blow you up, which makes them easier to dodge.

Going high into the sky is effective for catching enemy fighters and bombers though only works once or twice in ww2 since it will take a long time to climb and the enemy will probably be chasing you

Another tactic is spawn in a fighter in ground battles and take out tunnel visioned enemy bombers and strike planes, airborne anti air (very fun)

What about reverse gear on some tanks? On the IS-1, IS-2, this constantly saved me. Their sides and front are easy to penetrate and one shot, but if you turn around, only the engine will be damaged.

I like to use a funny little tactic with the m22 and bushes, I hide in plain sight on the enemy teams point and wait for an over powered tank just to zoom by and get reduced to atoms.
