Reincarnation is a rather common belief among eastern philosophies. That being said, it tends to find its way into all of the media produced by eastern artists, most visibly seen in anime and manga, to which it has its own genre known as isekai. Despite the fact that the Naruto series does indeed possess reincarnation, we’ve really only seen two people do it, that being Indra and Asura, as well as their incarnates, Hashirama Senju, and Madara Uchiha. But even then, that’s not entirely reincarnation, as Madara and Hashirama’s souls were sent eventually to the pure land, with Hashirama having been inside of the Shinigami’s belly for around three to four years. But on the topic of reincarnation, if Indra and Asura could do it via chakra alone, is it possible that… anyone can do it?

Isshiki would most likely just solo let's say that he gets rizzed up by some woman or just uses them and stays upon the world and that somehow his kids just betray him he likely would end up sealed away like Kaguya with a likely smarter Black Zetsu or have his Karma but if you're going down the route that he would come back at the same time as Kaguya he's not an idiot and likely wouldn't care as much if his kids reincarnations or the reincarnations of their kids are there he would just realize that now he has to do something before his time runs out and he would shrink all their Jutsu and just kill them or since he's already Isshiki by this point he might just not fight them and put his Karma on someone even if he does fight them so that he will just come back later.

Orochimaru places a curse seal on Karin, then after dying at the hands of sasuke, comes back by taking over karin, masquerading as her, joining heibi/taka then when sasuke is at his most vulnerable takes over sasuke thus acquiring all the powers and abilities of a full blood uzumaki and uchiha. (While its not as broken as having the rinnegan he'll finally have an immortal body, adamantine chains, her healing and sensory powers, the sharingan, sasuke's genius in addition to his own)

small nitpick. reincarnation is not the same as isekei. both genres can be told separately or done together. Naruto has reincarnation but is not an isekai (technically it would be if from the perspective of an Otsosuki) it's alot harder to think of an Isekai I've seen without reincarnation in some form. was thinking digimon, but the digimon reincarnate. EDIT: Shield Hero might fit the bill of an Isekai with no reincarnation.

Or maybe all of these mini cycles are just part of a bigger cycle of conflict the cycle of battle created when Indra and Ashura battled and even death couldn't stop them to the point their sides of their family kept fighting over and over again until no one even knew what they were fighting for anymore the reasons weren't the same the fighting just kept happening. A victim of this cycle someone who wanted to escape this Madara a relic of the past did everything they could including manipulating Obito. Making his light of the world go out for a boy who never really had much to begin with a clan of stares, the mark of a failure compared to someone who didn't seem like they were from an impressive clan showing them up and even their teammate likely being more useful with their medical Ninjutsu. The perfect storm the Uchiha's hate their emotions affected more than any other because of their Bloodline and Dojutsu turned Obito into the perfect puppet. Yet forced to move on a string maybe unaware the string existed they still had emotions. This was a test and a mercy the hardest thing to face that they had to end now. That they had to convince themselves they could do it so they went for depressingly the final tailed besst likely to see if they could hide it maybe in Kamui far away and leave it sealed down so no one could find it and it would make everything related to the plan go way faster. Yet that same final tailed beast was inside Kushina. That same Uzumaki happened to be the wife of his old teacher Minato Namikaze. Even though he set his hood down he wasn't recognized and even if he was this would be his first and maybe final test to show if he was really in it. But no matter what he did he was always conflicted. Even though this day ended in failure and he didn't get the 9 Tails. Even though he made himself a threat instead of appearing randomly undetected later some big day and taking many Bijuu away in one swoop or making it look like the Jins died naturally and stealing the weaker Bijuu away making it seem like they are more-so not found. He just faded into the organization sometimes just sitting atop the Valley of the End Statues as he lets his pawns do all the work. In the end these actions show confliction in a character in the same way Orochimaru stabbed himself with a Kunai then made Hashirama and Tobirama do most of the work and probably planned on Kimimaro doing most of the work if he was still healthy. And in the end of his character while he can't make up for everything he did he was able to pass down the last hope to Kakashi.
