She should not be in water for a while because her body went through a lot giving birth to a baby. She needs to eat chicken soup with rice and the chicken meet is good. Beef soup, cooked vegetables. You have a lot of fresh vegetable and she can eat fruits you also have plenty of. She can eat duck eggs and also chicken eggs. I have seen in some videos that you have duck eggs which are excellent source of vitamins. She should consume a lot of liquids so she can have enough milk for the baby, if she is breast feeding. Besides, I can see how hard you work, which is wonderful however, you should eat right and rest as well to keep doing what you are doing. Moreover, I admire you for what you did with the girl; you did what a dissent man should always do with a wife. Or maybe is part of your culture, which I do not know, because in the USA is different. If you can tell me what country you came from? I would like to know, then, I seen other videos and see how beautiful the country side looks like.
