I went to a sound bath meditation yesterday, expecting it to be like an in-person ASMR experience. It was HORRIBLE. Just heavy banging on a huge gong in a small room. I had a panic attack and left. I’ve been listening to your videos to help me calm down and relax. I so appreciate your gentleness 💕

Yes. I went to one w/ co workers last year . There were all different size ( including massive one big massive ) gongs , along with smaller more gentle chimes . I had anxiety w/ the massive Gong. It literally felt like a wave was crashing over me & that would drown. The lady doing it , she sensed & could see my anxiety & decided to move onto the gentler sounds . She has a talk w everyone before she starts to get a feel for how people were feeling & did say that that the larger gongs will get quite loud. Some people like that. I obviously did not . Afterwards she recommended a solo sound bath where she would customize a session just for me .
