Usually when I watch a lot of other hauls I just know that they were all impulse buys and a lot of product is just going to end up collecting dust. The black shadow in the Double Exposure palette looks perfect to use for eyeliner. Lately I've just wetted a brush and used a black eyeshadow. The effect is much softer and smokey than a bright black pencil.

You should think about trying the black in the smashbox palette as an eyeliner. I use them dry (I don't have that particular palette but several of my other palettes have similar shades) with a fine angled brush to get really up close to the lash line and draw a fine-ish line and then go underneath a bit with whatever's leftover on the brush. It gives a really pretty soft look for an everyday eye with some definition but keeping a nice natural look. It's pretty foolproof too because you can just sort of use the brush to "stamp" it on and not fuss with drawing a straight line.

Ah so glad you love it. I think it is FABULOUS. I leave it on up to 15 minutes now! Another thing you should try is the Renee Rouleau Triple Berry smoothing peel, I am not easily impressed by skin care products and I swear by the triple berry! xx

The Kat Von D tattoo liner is my favorite thing ever! I have super oily eyelids and this still stays on, of course it works even better with an eye primer like the nars one but it does a pretty good job on its own

Me too. The Max factor 3 in 1 is totally amazing. To my knowledge it is the same as the Covergirl one, just different name different continent but same company same product.

I generally like max factor, I absolutely love their mascaras (all of them!) and I usually like their foundations but I HATED max factor 3in1 - it looked so patchy, didn't cover anything, not long lasting at all, I was very disappointed....Just for the reference - I have combination skin with occasional dry patches on my cheeks but my skin usually gets along with most foundations I try and that 3in1 foundation looked horrible on my dry cheeks...I used it up on my legs mixed up with body lotion (pretty cool summer tip I found a while ago). Sorry to be so negative but maybe I'm not the only one who doesn't love this foundation?lol

I love the Living Proof Instant Texture Mist! It's great for volumizing straight flat hair. I spray a bit into my roots while my hair is damp and blow dry. Make sure to flip your hair upside down while blow drying!

The Black in the Smashbox palette can be used as an eyeliner Anna :) It ads definition but it is not as harsh as an eyeliner ! And also, it is super fast and not messy ! :) Try it, Im sure you will love it :)

I've been using Kat Von D products for almost 5 years and they never fail to impress me, her lock-it tattoo foundation is AMAZING, and the tattoo eyeliner is a must in my makeup bag (in 4 years I've only used 3! That is sooo worth the price you pay for it!) I always recommend it to anyone I know. Gonna give that pumpkin mask a try when I get to the States for shopping :)

Anna! I've been told often to mix Nirvana White and Black to make Nirvana Gray/Grey. I haven't yet because I dont live near a full sized Sephora, but you should give it a try!
