Dear Mary, I just wanted to give you a huge virtual hug. I work as a speech therapist in Switzerland and I am in contact with a lot of authistic children and their families. I get to witness some of the highs (which when they occur are SO amazing to witness!!) and lows of being a parent to an autistic child (to any child really). I have so much respect for everything the parents I get to know do for their children and it‘s so so valuable for me as a person that works with those families, for families in those situations and for everyone else really to hear you talk about your feelings. ❤

Mary ! My son was 3 in September and is autistic and also currently non verbal and I CANNOT tell you how much I relate to your feelings , the absolute emotion of feelin quite left behind . I have watched your videos before the kids and I respect those big emotions are soooo valid on the internet right now ! It’s good that a formal diagnosis for autism was made sooner rather than later so the right support is in place. In my field of work, I have found adults who lived all their lives not knowing they had autism and it has caused a lot of complications and misunderstandings some of which may have been averted if they were diagnosed and supported during childhood. Also it takes longer for adults to be assessed for ASD via the GP.

Hey Mary 🤗 sending you lots of love as always. I’m not going to say I know exactly what you’re feeling cause I don’t but I mentioned before about my nephew having selective mutism so I can definitely empathise with you - when he comes here with my sis and doesn’t speak for the whole time it does break my heart but I try to focus on the positives where I can, like if he communicates with me in other ways outside of speaking. He might sit with me, indicate what he wants by me giving him two options and he can point to the relevant hand per option….he has good days with us where he might speak a bit and then 99% mute days with us 😕 but he is getting better. I’m glad little Gabe is enjoying nursery and he ate the pizza, bless him. I’m looking forward to seeing your salon come together ☺️ you are doing amazing ♥️ xxx

Hi Mary, I have quite a bit of hair loss on the top of my head to the point I kind of have to have a huge side part, I'm only 27 and it's really getting me down, I was just wondering if you had recommendations on any products I should use? Thank you!

I would actually recommend seeking out a tricologist, hair loss in that area can be tough to treat with over the counter product and can be hormonal so a tricologist will be able to give you an idea of what’s going on inside, what diet changes/supplements could and how best to improve it with product-hope that’s helpful! If you’re near London Philip Kingsley is great, I know it’s such a tough thing to deal with but a tricologist could really help

As much as I didn't want to be a Skims person (Kim doesn't need my money either!), I do like their underwear ("fits everybody" range is really good for light weight knickers that don't pinch and are super stretchy but have a cotton gusset/lining and the basic cotton range is great too) and little triangle bras. x

I had to return the skims bras I bought the triangle one and other one. I bought a medium I’m a 36c and when I bent over my boob would fall out.
