Would love for these to be a little more realistic. Meaning more building the farm or draft picks, less trading and signing big names. More signing and trading of the mid level players 78-84 to complete rosters in the off season or at the deadline like you see in real life. Then when you’re on that borderline playoffs or WS go get one or two of those big name guys

That trade seemed pretty desperate for everybody involved except Milwaukee. Usually one team makes out in a three teamer but idk how they managed to get Contreras and two pitchers for their just their 8th best prospect.

I snagged Conforto and Shrock in spring training 2022 for Oakland...Brown, Conforto and Shrock went off for the season. I grabbed Giles to be my closer for couple seasons on decent deal. Soderstrom is my future 1B he's raking in the minors...My rotation is pretty solid I grabbed guys out of the minors who are projected to be B grade pitchers and they did well as rookies one was like 12-10 and the other was 10-10...they went from mid 60s over all to low 70s in one season.

Another broken thing about this game. Can’t tag up. I will hold the right button. Trigger down to tag up. He’ll go halfway and go back. Game is more work then fun at least three times a game. I will press a button to do something and it won’t do it. I know I’m not the only one this happens to. For instance, why can’t you turn off check swings I press the button to swing so many times held it down and it didn’t swing. San Diego studios will never fix their game. This game would be 100% dead online if they weren’t pretty much giving it away for free on GamePass. This is not a skill-based game at all especially if you’re facing the CPU this is the most unauthentic baseball game I’ve ever played it is 100% based on luck. You could be hitting everything perfect and you will still lose to somebody on a bad swing because the game just feels like giving it to them. That’s where the luck comes in. Pisses me off. This is the only baseball game we have and it’s because of San Diego studios.

Since those World Series years, the A's rebuild to unload their talent. They're like the minor league team of the majors. Hot prospects that blossom into All-Stars, are quickly traded away for more minor league players and cash. It sickens me to know, that's all the ownership worries about: developing players for other organizations. A frikking farm team for everybody else!!
