Agar aap plot le rahe hai aur 2 years mei makaan banana hai roh plot + construction yani home loan le lo , nahi banana makaan toh plot loan hi le , Nationalised bank except sbi plot loan product nahi hai toh aapko home loan hi lene ko kahte hai aur tax rebate bhi le lena kahte hai.

When there are so many beautiful flats with plenty of amenities available why someone will buy at this price? Govt officials are trying to make the money in this market window giving any facilities to the end user worst than private builders.
