Don't know if you'll see this but the sauce is called raitha and it is a combination of yogurt and green chutney, the recipe is very simple and if you go to the restaurant you can probably get a bigger package of it since it's kind of one of the staple sauces of Indian cuisine or really southern Asian cuisine in general.

Another great video! I can’t believe you’ve never had Indian before, it’s probably one the most popular takeaways in the UK. Some suggestions to try next time perhaps; lamb samosa, pilau rice, chicken bhuna or chicken tikka bhuna, keema naan (with lamb in), onion bhaji, Bombay potatoes, saag paneer, dansak, dosa and popadoms. You won’t be disappointed. I suggest trying as many different options.

Here’s an example for The typical English persons order. Pilau rice, chicken dansak, biriyani or bhuna. Samosa, aloo gobi or Bombay potato accompanied by poppadoms, naan bread & chutney 👍🏻
