Meal looked great! Better than if you had purchased it at McDonalds. I use reusable rags as napkins instead of paper towels, or napkins. Not sure about in Canada, but in the US disposible food paper products are very expensive. The 100% cotton rags I use were only .22 cents (USD) a rag, and have lasted a long time with daily washing.
