Undertale Animated: Genocide Interpretation

A- Due to the large volume of dubbers/translators /AMV creators spamming me... I've decided to forgo the "no re-upload" policy I initially had. Too many folks keep uploading their own versions of my animation without permission. At this point I simply ask that you source and credit me.

Q- Why does Chara look ugly?
A- This was the weirdest response from the audience that I got and the only polite way I can respond to this is by saying that these characters were meant to be extremely subjective upon the games release so forgive me if my interpretation didn't live up to your expectations. Keep in mind that the player character is meant to be a murderous lunatic in this playthrough not a happy go lucky child.
Q-What did you use to animate this?
A-Character animation=Adobe Animate CC
Backgrounds=Photoshop
Everything else=Adobe After Effects
Q- Why is Chara literally fighting Sans? I thought the fight was against a "possessed" Frisk?
A- Unfortunately this was just a dumb oversight by me, I designed Chara's model on a whim and just stuck to it unaware that I would dedicate myself to this project months later. I did a test halfway through where I swapped Frisk/Chara's color palette and it just didn't work. I honestly intended for this to be as canonical as possible; just think of this as Frisk in full possession mode or something...
Q-Are you going to be doing more Undertale scenes or interpretations?
A-Honestly no. I'll be making more animations in the future however, I shall not stop here! By all means, stick around! I'm an obsessed fan of many more things than just Undertale!

This is honestly one of the best hand-made animations I’ve ever seen. Just the color schemes to the expressions without Sans’ mouth moving really just give this animation such amazing quality compared to others. You did such a good job of accurately showing how badass these first few seconds of his dialog are in his fight, while simultaneously making Sans look so tired of Chara's shit. Also, I have to give credit for this because its so rare, you gave Sans other cues besides his mouth moving to show that he was talking. Most animators make his mouth morph and move, you use eyes and body language to properly display the emotion behind his words. Excellent job, 10/10

I think this is the most perfect feeling for the "sans eye" I've ever seen. Most people just draw it as a slightly larger version of his regular eyelights, instead of this sort of other worldly ball of power. In all honesty... This is now on my Top Ten Best Animations List. The detail is extraordinary, the voice acting unbelievable, and the music has perfect timing. I would love to see a whole fight done like this, because many of the "Sans vs Chara/Frisk" fight animations out there are... How should I say this... A bit... Boring... The music timing is basically everything, and most of them are off a bit. Then there's the fact that the characters seem a little too... Still... Like they don't move as much as they should. And of course, my personal trigger, is the occasional "too detailed" animation. Sometimes Sans just looks a little too realistic in detail, and that is a bit distracting. The voice acting is usually pretty good, when there is any. I don't really mind the silent ones when it comes to voices, as long as I can read what they say. So anyway..... Sorry for the rant there..... This one has the just right amount of detail to make me want more. Then there's the VERY smooth and fluid movements of the characters, which is just amazing. That alone makes this in my Top Ten List. Everything else added in makes in in my Top Five. So bravo! 👏 I hope you make something else just as good!

I love how, even though his expression is technically still smiling, you can see how insincere Sans looks at 1:00. That expression doesn't say 'happy' or 'relaxed' but suggests something more like thinly veiled contempt, a patently fake pleasantness that underscores what he really thinks of a Genocide player.

I figured out what it is, from analyzing it with my cousin it bounces at the end. Everything moves, the camera, the eye the clothing, just everything, it all bounces and I think its fantastic that something like that can create so much kinetic energy into just a few scenes
