3:53 as the mic person for my high school- this is literally every freshman and sophomore w/ a mic. Juniors are usually better and seniors are my favorite because they are usually self sufficient and know what’s up.

Oh my god, in my first high school production in the opening number, we had to go up in the platform which was over 8 feet tall (don’t remember exact number). And I’m afraid of heights. There was a big number going on with the ensemble off the platform so while the directors were doing that, luckily I’m good friends with the people on the platform with me so they were good company.

When I was younger there was only like 5 guys in each show I did. One being my brother and he got basically half of the male roles and another got basically the other half. The rest were put in ensemble or just side characters and the guy who got the other half kept saying he would stop doing the shows so the directors PAYED him so that he would stay bc it was only him and brother that were good or in vocal range. Btw the directors sucked and each show was horrible. If you happen to know who and what theater I’m talking about. Don’t tell the directors idk why just don’t.
