This lady defense lawyer is the worst ever. She's not making any relevant points.

Kind of late but like if they told you “you gotta defend a client who was found 10 feet from the scene of a mass shooting oh and by the way wearing body armor and with a gun, good luck” you’d prolly not put up too well of a fight

Pretty sad when that's the best audio recording the FBI can provide.

This is years ago. The recordings haven't gotten any better. They are lousy from the most recent crimes. It makes 0 sense that this should be so difficult. It's so important the jury hears the evidence for themselves. You would think with all the money "the state" spends on these trials, they would prioritize interrogation videos.

07:32:35 wow, love this comment by the prosecutor that was accidentally captured on his microphone.

love the persecuting team, the defense is really weak, don't know what they are doing lol
@hamschh4 жыл бұрын
the defense has almost nothing to defend when they're talking about the gunman shooting the gun. Theyre not arguing that really, theyre arguing mental illness. They cant argue mental illness about shooting . Only from mental collapse of james

On cross examination of Dr. Suk, is this attorney nervous or is that just the way she talks, "if you know."

Sounds like nerves but also like she's on the verge of tears.

The PT is very very good. They are laying out their case very well. He ordered targets and went to gun range more than once. Laid out all his plans to every detail He was sane. He is sane. Guilty on all charges is my prediction but I don't see him getting the death penalty with this jury. I may be surprised but we will see

I realize that there are laws and I also realize that the defendant isn't denying anything and they are there to determine whether he was sane or insane at the time of the sh00ting. But what doesnt sit right with me, and anyone else with a conscious, is how the defense is behaving. After everything that these victims have endured, the very friggin least they should be able to do is get up in court and tell their damn story. The constant objections make me sick. They can hide behind the law all day long, that will never make any of this ok. 🤢🤮 The least they could of done is let all of those people speak. It could of been the only opportunity they had and also, a good chance to heal.

8:00 defense attorney sounds like she's coming unglued... I think she's crying. I think she's the same whom thanked the first responder for his service as he passed by her on his way out a few days ago. These public defenders are so incompetent it's scary. Hope I'm never arrested.

ROCKYMOUNTAINRACER He's a dead man walking. I know it, you know it, even the defense knows it. Why all the government overspending. A small country could balance it's budget on the cost of this trial. James isn't worth it.

A shame that you have to be a social butterfly to succeed. Some people are just socially awkward and that should be OK.

What does his current hair color have to do with his hair color then? My hair was Auburn four days ago, now it's purple and black. Does that make me insane? I don't think so. The defense is ignorant. Come on, now...

He washed the bowl he made napalm in and put out back in the cupboard...He couldn't measure the mixture properly cause he didn't have a scale... all of his planning and he doesn't go get a scale??? That interview says to me that James was clearly suffering insanity that night. Its the best look at what he was like at that time.

1:32:20 Detective Appel? More like Detective Doofus! Can't spell Apple, fails to record the whole interview and must have spent all his cash on a vacuum cleaner with good suction instead of a quality audio recording device.
