They fell in love at first sight and formed a mortal marriage. However, they were repeatedly persecuted because of their enmity with Erlang Shen. Erlangshen tried to kill Liu Yanchang, but luckily Ganoderma lucidum came to his rescue and arranged for Liu Yanchang and his son Chenxiang to escape. Erlangshen then angered the Holy Mother and crushed her under Mount Hua. When Chen Xiang grew up, he heard that his biological mother was crushed to death on Mount Huashan. She was so sad and angry that she used the help of the divine ax to defeat Erlang Shen, split the mountain to save her mother, and finally reunited her family. Lin Dai plays the role of the Third Holy Mother, Zheng Peipei plays Liu Yanchang, and Li Jing plays the role of Ganoderma lucidum fairy.
