You guys are great! Very important topic, but delivered in a comical way that can invite anyone resistant to listening. I laughed at least 3 or 4 times. Good stuff! :D

I find it funny that he does this video - even climbing a tress and lying in the grass - and the one about showering in a suit.

Excellent. If I didn't garden and run outside I'd be even crazier and more dysfunctional. Thanks. And also thanks for the shots of my native turf.

This is fabulous! I'm a Horticultural Therapist and we use plants and gardening activities to improve health and wellbeing. It's fabulous for people living in aged care!

Cath Manuel iv work for nuns that just got several huge wheelchair access planters. Then they had students out plants in them, which missed the whole point.😞

Haha! Loved it. The story about the bird after talking about nature being all Kuum by ya ( I think I butchered that spelling lol ) cracked me up . It’s true what they say about nature though . There’s something so refreshing and balancing about it provided you don’t freak out a mama bird by getting to near her nest 😆. Lovely video though , thank you :-)

I hate the outdoors. It raises my stress and makes me unduly angry and dealing with bugs, the bad weather, and just being bored with it. Being indoors at various indoor locations lowers my stress and inspires me.

Thanks for telling me: going outside is good, you should do it more, over and over again. Could you please just give me WHY/HOW/WHAT does nature help me. Just basic things for me to understand. For example, inform me about the benefits of fresh air(more oxygen) and more. Looks more like fucking advertisement.

I feel the problem with our world is the people in charge (people in politics) are the same like the gentleman in this video. They spend most of their time enclosed by walls and then try to deal with problems like climate change without the perspective they really need. These people need to spend a week with nature without technology and really learn how to appreciate this world for what it is!
