Actually a level 1 can theoretically beat a lvl 1000. If it has sturdy or focus stash with I think endeavor and something such as quick attack. I think I've seen it done with a rattatta.

Hey Cody you brought up wanting to know how high a level Pikachu was well Matt Patt actually solved this a few years back for that circa of the anime: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hKHHi4Owgs1qmKM You might be surprised to find out it's a bit of deep dive. As for what I thought of this Challenge: interesting concept breaking levels. It gives you non-dev type people a real concrete reason why caps exist in multiplayer experiences and I hope you all appreciate this is why most systems use a 100 lv cap still to this day. Scaling gets nuts and eventually you just have to ban Ubers from all PVPs because some are just AAA stars to begin with for their generation like Mewtwo and he's not even the most busted Legendary to start with at 100! XD Just the most effective for Gen 1. Also Bradly being all "Come down here with me and Weevil....it's comfortable." XD Was so cringe and yet so win at the same time. Good try boy! You're getting to be less of a joke everyday with that sneaky strat though next time keep in mind Scyther might have a lot of speed but his defense? Kinda sucky.
