Be genuinely interested in what people have to say in a conversation. Learn from old mistakes. The worst thing that can happen in one of these cases is that it's awkward. But the benefit is definitely worth it. Often times I didn't know whether I wanted to do something or not that I was terrified of. And literally every time I did, even if I failed, I felt a hundred times better than if I hadn't actually done what I wanted to do. I know that this sounds stupid. But take this from someone who used to be a skinny 110 lb shy guy with ugly long hair and pimples who would sometimes just talk to 3 people in a day(And that counts just saying "Hi") and would never get looked at by girls EVER. Now I have gained 25 lbs of muscle mass in the last two years, I feel amazing, I have kissed girls who I could never imagine getting even the slightest bit of attention from a couple years ago. I know that you can become the best version of yourself. And I'm telling you this because I WISH someone would have told this to me YEARS ago. But it's absolutely never to late to make a difference. All it takes is one small step. I know that may sound stupid, but hey, if you wanna know how I started: I was just bored one night and started to do some pushups. If you want any help I'd be more than willing to help you out. Mainly because I never had anyone like that.

If the girl/girls look at you more then once, then they are interested in you and you should approach them. U can just carry a pen and paper with you. If you're not interested in the girl at all, then there's no point in talking to her. But if you find a girl interested, then you should go up and talk to her. If you have problems maintaining a conversation with a girl and don't know what to talk about with her. Then a great tip is to ask questions. And try to ask questions that might lead into a long conversation, don't ask stupid questions that have 1 word answers. I remember i asked a girl about pets and if she has any, and that lead into a 2h+ conversation.
