In addition to acknowledging the courage and sacrifice of those who served their country -- at least in Canada where we also have Remembrance Day -- we also try and focus on and acknowledge our own (average citizens' ) responsibility to work for the peace the veterans fought so hard to achieve as a way to honour their sacrifice with personal action. I like thinking about it like that.

Just wanted to say on this Remembrance Day, I will be thinking off my son Ben, Luke, Jason and all current and past soldiers. My prayers to a very special vet whom on his 100th year attended his last Anzac Day with my son and a small group of vets in the northern territory. He was one of the last soldiers known as "The Rats of Tobruk'' Australian-led Allied garrison that held the Libyan Port of Tobruk against the Afrika Corps, during the Siege of Tobruk in W.W.11. The siege started on 11th April 1941. He was a petite man which actually was an advantage. He shared many stories and lived a very interesting life. 🏵"Lest we Forget". 🏵

All the catios I've seen have somehow been hooked onto the house so the kitty can go 'outside' whenever it wants. So much fun for Kitty Rose!

It makes me laugh when Nevaeh jumps in the pool for a toy when she already has a toy in her mouth. Funny dog!

Yes I definitely think the bus question was totally out of concern. I'm waiting for the video where you have a delivery dropped off on the driveway (like trampoline and KR house) and find you have a new smaller van delivered 🤣 🤣 love all you do and your family. You are treasures ❤

Great idea for a local business to gift one to The Farm. Good advertising and tax write off, I'd imagine.

It is interesting to hear about Luke’s experiences and background as it makes sense why he is so good at what he does. It’s so easy to humanize Chance’s behaviour and applying empathy to them as to him not doing what the rest of the is pack is doing. The light goes on when we hear where he is at and why he isn’t always included. I trust completely what Luke is doing.

Thank you Luke for your service (Remembrance Day). The bus? really.🤣 whatever. Didn't even enter my mind. 😂 I'm sure you guys have it all worked out.!! Glad the Lovely Lily is back to near normal activity. She is worth every cent ❤❤❤❤.

Yes. I was surprised some even asked the question about the bus. It is Luke and Sams business if they are concerned about the price of gas. What business is it of anyones how they choose to transport. I can't understand why it would even be asked!
@skipjack6842 жыл бұрын
@@sweetee123 I would do the same for my animals. 😁 I felt bad for them when they addressed that in the video. 😔

The meaningful dicussion on how well you relate to and understand Chance's rehabilitation process was profound for me. I have close family members with complex PTSD. You have opened up a deeper understanding for me that is invaluable in understanding the unique struggles of some extra special dogs and humans. Thank you!

He explains it very well, doesn’t he. Even better than many professionals working with CPTSD. The switch analogy is brilliant and so true of survivors.

To Luke and all the veterans reading these comments and viewing, I am so grateful for your service. As a comment regarding the videos and the length of them, I think I’ve commented before that the longer the better!! 😄 Yesterday I rewatched the recent beach day and loved it more the 2nd time around!! The longer, “unedited” videos make me feel like I’m getting some great insight as to how things flow and unfold…if that makes sense! Anyway, just wanted to add my two cents! 💗💗

The Farm Channels are the only ones I let the whole commercial run. I never skip them any more. And i watch the whole video no matter how long but i can’t watch them until the next day because of the length and that they are posted at night where I live. I’m sad about that. I’ll be back tomm to watch. ❤

That’s a question better left unasked, fellow dog-lovers. It should be obvious Sam needs the Nissan. Shall we start questioning the expense of Lily’s care, and Luke’s time? Even if it’s an innocent question, some are better left unwritten.
@KBirch532 жыл бұрын
Agree. 👍👍 It’s called unnecessary overstepping and is disrespectful of Luke and Sam.

The answer to the questions about the bus may not be obvious to everyone...some (like the many very new viewers) may have been asked out of simple curiosity. Newer viewers may not know that the bus and the family car are the only vehicles on the property.

So many wonderful moments. Roscoe playing with a toy in the pool like the puppy he was probably never allowed to be. Seeing Hope running with a toy with her head head high and her tail wagging excitedly. Miss Violet swimming like she’s training for the Olympics. Cutie Pie doing her spins at the edge of the dock just loving being a part of everything.

Great gifts Dru, really nice of you. Kitty Rose now has her own little enclosure. The trampoline is awesome!! Finally figured out the dollar sign. Yay! Chance is such a happy boy, and even if he's not the best swimmer, he's happy to show Luke that he can do it! 🌊👋💙

Chance is trying so very hard to be a good boy. So proud of him. If he was rehomed with a family that did not have a strong pack leader could he become more aggressive again? That would be such a shame because of all the work you and he have done. He so wants to please you, you can almost see him thinking Daddy did I do good? As he shakes his tail. So sweet. ❤️
