The Sulo Factory - Making New Bins Process

back in July i was invited to visit the Sulo Factory, here i was able to record, some, of their cool initiatives on how they make bins, of course the rest i must keep a secret 😉

I've seen the injection mold they use for 240 litre bins. It's about what you'd expect, they have two giant halves the injection mold point is at the bottom of the bin on the outside of a cavity and out pops a new bin. Those injection molding machines can inject a large quantity of plastic in just a few seconds.

That's so cool mate , should've told them to run the sulo2 and mr1 mould again haha 😄. I bet you got a few sulo2 mini bins for sure 😉

Excellent video Daman and very entertaining. I imagine that to be a great place to work. I toured the Coca-Cola factory when I was your age because the manufacturing process intrigues me. Thanks for sharing this experience Daman, well done 👏
